After you have signed into your account, please select the My Account icon in the top right of the website, followed by the Dashboard link in the dropdown. From here you can change your security password,  view your orders, and change your billing and contact details.

Spoof or phishing emails are fraudulent emails are very common and are designed to get your personal information. They are generally made to look like they are coming from If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from, and you suspect it is a spoof or phishing e-mail, please visit our website directly and proceed to contact us via our contact page. Please see below for some things you can look out for:

  • We will never ask for personal information to be supplied by e-mail.
  • We will never request to update payment information that is not linked to a Nuuna Experiences order you placed
  • All payment options and information will be displayed within your order.

If you receive a suspicious phone call claiming to be from Nuuna Experiences, please be very cautious because:

  • Unless explicitly requested by you, we will never call you without your knowledge. All forms of communication is first made via email.
  • We will never ask for payment by telephone.
  • We will never ask you to make a payment outside of our website (e.g. via bank transfer, e-mailing credit card details, sharing gift card details over the phone, etc.)
  • We do not provide technical support via telephone and will never ask you for remote access to your device e.g. by asking you to install an app.
